Women in Law – Frauen im Recht

It seems like a lazy magic trick where the magician makes people disappear on stage. About a thousand women finish their law studies every year, making them the majority of graduates. Many of them become trainee lawyers and take the bar exam. But then most of them are suddenly gone – because they move to the legal departments of companies or to another field.
